About Brooke
Brooke Kiere is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Previously at Chatham, she worked on the Defeasance and Prepayment Team, helping borrowers navigate the defeasance and prepayment of fixed-rate debt in order to execute a sale or refinance of the underlying property.
Prior to joining Chatham, Brooke held internships at Project C.U.R.E. and Charles Schwab.
Brooke graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver receiving her bachelor's degree in finance with minors in accounting and leadership studies.
