About Austin
Austin Koenig is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, Austin worked at Goldman Sachs where he worked with the residential whole loan trading business focusing on pricing and portfolio analytics. More recently, he worked at a non-bank mortgage originator serving as the Director of capital markets and product strategy.
Austin is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
