About Amber
Amber Tuininga is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. She coordinates the documentation process between clients and banks on sophisticated interest rate and currency hedging trades. During her time at Chatham, Amber has also assisted our Debt Management team, pulling key loan information for clients to properly track their debt.
Prior to joining Chatham, she worked in the real estate industry assisting agents and clients with documentation and marketing properties. Amber received her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University.
