Aaron Fisher is on Chatham’s Real Estate Defeasance and Prepayment team, focusing on processing defeasance transactions and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of hedging operations. He is responsible for coordinating trade documentation with client and dealer banks as well as ensuring the accuracy of loan review.
Before joining Chatham, Aaron was a business analyst and subject matter expert at JP Morgan Chase, as well as a management analyst for State of Delaware for five years. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.
