Zachary Kiefer is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate team, focused on debt and capital markets advisory for social housing, local authority, and corporate clients. The team specializes in funding strategies and hedging arrangements that optimize capital structure, mitigate risk, and enable growth.
Previously, Zachary worked in public finance investment banking, primarily structuring public-private partnership and municipal financings for real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.
Zachary received his master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University.
