About Timothy
Timothy Ko is a Director on Chatham Financial’s Investment Banking team. With more than nine years of experience, he advises sponsors and their portfolio companies on the design and implementation of risk management programs using financial derivatives. Timothy specializes in share class hedging, capital structure optimization, deal-contingent hedging, and other interest rate and foreign currency hedging solutions.
Timothy holds an M.B.A. with academic honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering with summa cum laude honors from the University of Michigan.
