Sid is part of the Treasury Advisory group at Chatham based in Denver, focusing on risk management analysis and hedging strategy design for global corporates and multinationals with exposure to foreign currency and interest rate risks. During his tenure at Chatham, Sid has advised numerous Fortune 500 as well as smaller private companies on how to establish a hedging program as well as assessing the strategic and operational design of the program. Additionally, Sid has been involved in assisting several companies with post-acquisition treasury integration support, drafting risk management and governance policies, and providing executive presentations to company management and board of directors. Prior to his existing role, Sid was a manager with Ernst & Young, LLP based in Minneapolis and Denver, advising companies on initial public offerings, post-acquisition financial reporting, carve-outs and acquisition-based due diligence in the technology and medical devices industries.

Sid has also served on the Mayor of Denver’s Workforce Development Board providing oversight and policy guidance for the city’s workforce investment programs and as a Vice-President of Finance and Treasurer managing the operational finances of the regional chapter of a national talent development organization, ATD. Sid graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Cloud State University with a BS in Accounting and from the College of St. Scholastica with a BA in Economics. Sid is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in Colorado and has also earned the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
