About Sam
Sam Graziano is a Managing Director on Chatham’s Financial Institutions practice where he leads strategic growth initiatives, working with our bank, credit union, insurance, broker dealer, and asset management clients.
Prior to joining Chatham, Sam was a fintech entrepreneur and C-level executive. In late 2011, Sam founded and served as CEO of Fundation, a digital lending platform for the small and medium-sized enterprise market. In 2021, Sam became the CEO of Linear Financial Technologies which was formed through the combination of the software-as-a-service (SaaS) arm of Fundation and ODX, a SaaS subsidiary of OnDeck Capital. In 2022, Sam became the Chief Commercial Officer of Amount, Inc., after selling Linear to Amount, a SaaS business serving the personal loans, credit card, and buy-now-pay-later market.
Sam also spent more than a decade in investment banking where he developed expertise in strategy, M&A, and corporate finance for banks, specialty finance companies, asset managers, broker dealers, and other institutions throughout the financial services sector.
Sam graduated with honors from Bucknell University with a degree in computer science and engineering.
