Steve Bolhouse

Steve Bolhouse is a Director on Chatham’s Real Estate Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team, serving as head of debt management operations. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant monitoring. ​

Steve was also part of Chatham’s Accounting Advisory team, advising public real estate industry clients on valuations and accounting for debt, derivatives, and hedging activities.

Prior to joining Chatham, Steve worked in finance and operations roles with Physiotherapy Associates, Agilent Technologies, Johnson Controls, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Steve graduated from Calvin University with his bachelor’s degree in business administration and holds a master's degree in industrial administration from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.
