Sarah Andzulis is Chatham’s Director, Talent Acquisition. She leads Chatham’s global talent acquisition function and brings more than 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, employment branding, talent marketing, human capital initiatives, business strategy, total rewards, employee engagement, and talent management. She is a trusted advisor, committed to driving above-average business results, implementing processes that result in improved efficiencies, and using data and metrics to develop proactive, creative solutions for business.
Prior to joining Chatham, Sarah worked in manufacturing and insurance and financial services. As Assistance Vice President, Human Resources at TMNA Services, she served as a trusted advisor to the C-suite and executive committee, growing the organization from fewer than 50 employees to more than 500 during her tenure. She has also served as a professor for Penn State World Campus since 2018.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from Penn State University and a master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She also completed programs at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as at Cornell University.
