About Rob
Rob Stenta is a Director on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring. Rob has been involved in commercial real estate development and management since 2000 and has been licensed to practice real estate sales and leasing in Delaware and Pennsylvania since 2005.
Rob’s background is in commercial real estate sales and leasing with a focus on office and industrial space. Rob also has experience in retail, medical office space, Federal government (GSA) leases, as well as land development. Rob has completed several significant lease and sale transactions with publicly traded financial institutions and large healthcare systems.
Prior to joining Chatham, Rob spent 15 years leading the office and industrial leasing and sales efforts of one of Delaware’s largest commercial real estate developers. Rob was also President of the Commercial and Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC) of Delaware from 2020–2022. Rob received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Colorado.
