About Raeed
Raeed Khandaker is a member of Chatham’s Global Real Estate team, working with social housing clients in the U.K. on debt issuance, funding strategy, and treasury. Raeed has also advised private equity clients on structuring and executing hedging strategies.
Prior to joining Chatham, Raeed worked as a fund analyst at Northern Trust. Raeed received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Greenwich, and he has also completed the CISI capital markets qualification.
