About Perla
Perla Bernstein is Chief of Staff for Chatham’s Investment Banking team, where she partners with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, optimize team operations, and enable effective execution across business priorities. She plays a key role in aligning resources, managing cross-functional projects, and fostering a culture of collaboration within the team.
Before joining Chatham, Perla was Chief of Staff at EA Markets, where she supported firmwide planning, communications, and organizational growth. Earlier in her career, she held positions at academic institutions including New York University and Columbia University, where she developed a strong foundation in program management and stakeholder engagement.
Perla holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
