About Paul

Paul Elsen is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. ​

Prior to joining Chatham, Paul worked as a clerk at the Chicago Board of Trade — his first real exposure to derivatives — and later in sales at First Trust Portfolios and Showalter Roofing. Paul majored in mathematics and economics at Wheaton College, and later earned an M.B.A., with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in analytical finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship.
