Patrick Sullivan

Patrick Sullivan works on Chatham’s Global Real Estate team focused on strategic account management. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience managing strategic investment relationships in the asset management industry and his expertise is in overseeing large complex client relationships and delivering a high level of service and partnership to meet the growing needs of clients.

Prior to Chatham, Patrick spent over a decade overseeing some of the firm’s largest investment distribution relationships at PGIM Investments. He has also led national accounts teams as a Managing Director at both SEI Investments and Toews Asset Management. Earlier in his career, Patrick served as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps where he was assigned to operational units in both the U.S. and abroad.

Patrick earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Hobart College and an MBA in finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management.
