About Nicole
Nicole Webb is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. She is responsible for the daily hedging activity for our real estate clients while ensuring the trades and cash settlements are properly documented between all parties.
Prior to Chatham, Nicole worked in the syndicated loan space. Most recently, at Barclays Bank, she served the loan trading desk in a variety of roles including loan closing analyst, assuming responsibility for the corporate action process for par loans, and lastly, managing the distressed loan closing team. She began her career at J.P. Morgan as an account manager on the loan and agency team. Prior to her departure, she was managing a team handling large corporate client syndicated loans.
Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in finance and marketing from the University of Delaware.
