About Kristina
Kristina Sparrow is a member of Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring.
Kristina has experience in commercial real estate acquisitions, portfolio management, and lending across all asset classes and was directly involved in $1.3 billion of transactions.
Prior to joining Chatham, Kristina worked at Stockbridge and Interstate Equities. She graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor's degree in finance and real estate.
