About Karina
Karina Rush is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring. Previously, Karina served as a consultant on the Defeasance and Prepayments team.
Prior to joining Chatham, Karina was a real estate analyst at NPC International, involved in the asset management, development, and repositioning of over 1,600 assets. Karina holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in real estate from the University of Denver.
