About Jen
Jen Kraft is on Chatham’s Real Estate Hedge Advisory REIT team, advising public real estate companies on interest rate and foreign currency risk management. She also negotiates ISDAs on behalf of Chatham’s clients and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements. Since joining Chatham in 2006, Jen has served private real estate clients, private equity clients, and worked on Chatham’s defeasance team.
Prior to joining Chatham, Jen worked as a legal assistant for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Jen earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and in government from The College of William and Mary.
