About Jane
Jane Rauscher is a Director on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring.
Jane has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience which includes loan servicing, land development analysis, loan asset management, CC&R analysis, and debt and asset valuation. Jane’s previous experience comes from Invesco Real Estate, MetLife Commercial Real Estate, Integra Realty Resources, KB Homes, and Bank of America.
Jane holds a bachelor's degree in finance with an emphasis on real estate from Texas Tech University. She has also been a General Certified Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Texas since 2008.
