About Ian
Ian Fitzwilliam is on Chatham’s Real Estate Defeasance and Prepayment team, focusing on processing defeasance transactions and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of hedging operations.
Prior to joining Chatham, he worked at State Street on their Fixed Income Middle Office team, as well as at JP Morgan Chase on their Margin Clearing Team.
Ian received his bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in accounting at Neumann University and an M.B.A. in finance at Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business.
