Henry Ernst is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Over the course of his career, Henry has built a solid foundation with 10 years of combined experience in finance, marketing, and sales across a diverse range of industries.
Prior to joining Chatham, Henry worked for TD Ameritrade/Charles Schwab focusing on the operational side of retail investing. This role helped him to navigate complex transactions with ease, ensuring optimal outcomes for his clients.
Outside of work, Henry is passionate about financial literacy and contributes to the community through volunteering opportunities and empowering others to make informed financial decisions. Through Schwab, he was a member of NEXT, which is an ERG focused on empowering the future generation through financial literacy. He also had the opportunity to be involved with veterans, first responders, and families raising those with disabilities to help them better understand their financial situation.
