About Henrietta

Henrietta Podd is a member of the Chatham Real Estate team where she advises housing associations, charities, and other not-for-profit organisations. As a 30-year veteran of the bonds market, she also provides capital markets advice to a wider UK client base. Henrietta joined Chatham together with a team of sector specialists, originally set up in 2010. Prior to that Henrietta worked on the debt capital markets team of a number of banks, including Barclays and the Royal Bank of Canada, where she headed the corporate and infrastructure origination team. Henrietta is a graduate of Oxford University and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments where she is a member of the Bond Committee.
