Steve Wortman is a Director on Chatham’s Real Estate Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant monitoring.
Steve has acted in both a borrower and lender capacity during his career, executing a wide range of commercial real estate financings totaling in excess of $5 billion. His career includes serving over 11 years as SVP, Debt Capital Markets for an established sponsor of public REITs based in Orlando, Florida. He worked with several Chatham personnel as a client encompassing multiple derivatives transactions.
Steve received his M.B.A. in finance from the University of Florida and his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Albany.
