Garrett Zobel is on Chatham’s Real Estate Defeasance and Prepayment team, focusing on processing defeasance transactions and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of hedging operations.
Prior to joining Chatham, Garrett graduated from Villanova University, where he holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in strategic management and a bachelor’s degree in finance and real estate.
