About Erik
Erik Cunningham is on Chatham’s Real Estate Defeasance and Prepayment team, focusing on processing defeasance transactions and improving the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of hedging operations. He advises commercial real estate investors, along with their investment bankers, mortgage brokers, and legal counsel, on the defeasance and prepayment of fixed-rate debt to achieve a sale or refinancing of their underlying property.
Erik graduated with distinction from the Pennsylvania State University, where he majored in finance with a minor in business law.
