About Eric
Eric Janus is a Director on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team, serving as head of covenants monitoring. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenant monitoring.
Eric was previously a member of our Real Estate Investment Banking practice. Prior to joining Chatham, Eric was an investment associate at Almanac Realty Investors, focused on securities analysis, valuation, and transaction execution. Preceding Almanac, he worked at Wells Fargo Securities covering real estate debt capital markets.
Eric received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University.
