About Divesh
Divesh Hirani is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to his current role, Divesh was on Chatham’s European Accounting Advisory practice, advising clients on derivative valuations, hedge accounting, and financial instruments disclosures under IFRS, FRS 102, and U.S. GAAP. Prior to joining Chatham, he worked at Deloitte LLP in assurance, specializing in banking and capital markets audits and financial instrument valuations.
Divesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Bath.
