About Devyn
Devyn Hetman is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Devyn began her career at Chatham in 2019 working on the Debt Management Operations team. During that time, she managed accounts across geographies while leading implementations, providing solution consultation and ongoing debt management advisory support.
Prior to joining Chatham, Devyn worked for five and years with an insurance defense litigation law firm, where she simultaneously served as a litigation paralegal drafting discovery for court — preparing pleadings and doing legal research. She also worked as a legal billing associate navigating client’s compliance, internal billing, and controls.
Devyn received her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in psychology with minors in women and gender studies and Italian from West Chester University.
