Dan Keznor is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. He also leads a proactive outreach effort, engaging with our clients in connection with extending or monetizing their caps as they near maturity.
Dan previously worked at J.P. Morgan where he gained 13 years of industry related experience. He was focused on client service and relationship management in relation to derivative portfolios and related collateral postings.
