Bill Bott

Bill Bott is a Director within Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team and a member of Chatham’s Asset Valuation Leadership Committee. Bill brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to Chatham in roles focused on valuation, portfolio management, and transactions.

His most recent role was as Head of US Valuation and Principal within the Valuation & Investment Analytics team at NewTowerTrust, a wholly owned subsidiary of BentallGreenOak, a multi-national institutional investment management firm. Prior experiences at Integra Realty Resources and RCDH & Company bolstered Bill’s valuation skillset through appraisal of a wide array of property types and ownership interests. Earlier in his career, he was fortunate to gain invaluable portfolio management and transactions experience at PNC Realty Investors and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, two institutional commercial real estate advisors.

Bill earned a B.S. in Real Estate from The Pennsylvania State University, holds the MAI designation, and is a CFA charterholder.
