About Annie
Annie Winn is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, she was an operations specialist for alternative fund investors at UMB Fund Services. She also gained real estate experience working with Zions National Real Estate Group.
Annie received her bachelor's degree in French from Brigham Young University.
