Andrew Brown leads Chatham’s ANZ Business, and is based in Melbourne. Prior to joining Chatham in 2013, Andrew led UBS’ Australian and provided strategic leadership to the Asian derivatives business for 3 years. Previously Andrew ran RBS’ European-wide derivative solutions business, and earlier worked at Barclays Capital leading the event-driven business (covering Property, Sponsor, Securitisation, M&A, Distressed as well as the Telecommunications Corporate Sector).

Andrew has run market-facing businesses over the past 12 years, and has worked on many of the most complex transactions (BAA – GBP 3bn UK Airports, Spirit – Largest GBP2.5bn Pub Property Securitisation, BBC Headquarters financing, Lehman Derivatives restructuring). Andrew has a BSc (Physics) and BEng (Hons) degrees from Monash University, an MBA (Hons) from Melbourne Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.
