Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all global locations, partnering closely with the Global HR team and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role is critical in shaping the candidate experience, driving hiring excellence, and ensuring alignment with global workforce strategies.
In addition to recruitment responsibilities, this individual will serve as an extension of the Global HR team, providing broader HR support and partnership as capacity allows. The ideal candidate brings strong global recruiting experience, sound judgment, operational excellence, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and time zones, including Chennai and Romania, partnering with local HR to support intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Partner with Global HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead global university recruitment initiatives, including building and maintaining relationships with target universities, managing campus engagement strategies, coordinating internship and early career programs, and developing diverse early talent pipelines.
Represent the organization at career fairs, campus events, and university partnership activities globally (virtually and in person as needed).
Develop and execute strategies to attract early-career talent aligned with long-term workforce planning objectives.
Build and maintain strong global talent pipelines for critical, recurring, and future-focused roles.
Drive innovative sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social platforms, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent communities.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality, and inclusive candidate experience across all regions.
Maintain compliance with local labor laws and global recruitment best practices.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, university hiring outcomes, etc.) and provide data-driven insights.
As an integral part of the international HR team, operate with a team mind-set, acting as an extension of the Global HR team by supporting broader HR initiatives and projects when capacity allows.
Provide guidance to managers on hiring best practices, interview techniques, and talent market trends.
Contribute to global employer branding initiatives.
Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Participate in global HR process improvements and systems optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
6–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including global or multi-regional recruitment.
Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse functions and geographies.
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting university recruitment and early career hiring initiatives, including campus engagement and internship program coordination.
Strong understanding of international hiring practices and compliance considerations.
Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers.
Experience working in a collaborative HR team environment.
Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred
Experience in professional services, financial services, or a similarly complex global organization.
Experience supporting both technical and corporate hiring.
Familiarity with global workforce planning and talent analytics.
HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, CIPD, or equivalent).
