Tyson Lindley
About Tyson
Tyson is a member of Chatham’s Insurance Accounting Advisory team, providing technical accounting resources and assists consultants across Chatham’s accounting practice to manage clients’ financial risks through derivatives and hedging activities.
Prior to joining Chatham, Tyson worked for EY in the technical accounting advisory group with specializations in derivatives, financial instruments, and SEC reporting. He provided technical accounting services on topics including debt financing and modification, derivatives and hedging, complex equity instruments, SPAC transactions, M&A, and new SEC reporting requirements.
Tyson graduated with a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting with an emphasis in capital markets from BYU.
