Ryland Percy

Ryland Percy is on Chatham’s Financial Institutions advisory practice, working to assist bankers in their origination efforts through the use of interest rate derivatives.

Prior to joining Chatham, Ryland served as a commercial banker for several regional community banks, working with clients to structure a wide variety of commercial loans and treasury management solutions. Ryland also has over a decade of experience managing technology-driven loan origination and pricing projects, as well as the development and management of both operational and retail teams.

Ryland graduated from the Metropolitan State University of Denver with his bachelor’s degree in finance. Ryland also holds a post-graduate certification from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
