Rachel Kilty is a member of Chatham's People Team serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. She devotes her time recruiting specifically for ChathamDirect and the technical sectors. Rachel encompasses being a steward of Chatham’s values and ensuring candidates have an excellent experience.
Prior to Chatham, Rachel worked as a specialized recruiter where she was a Talent Advisor for Devops, Data and Software Engineers in the Philadelphia Area. Rachel has her bachelor’s degree from Temple University.
