About Marta
Marta Starczynska is a Director on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team and is responsible for leading the group in Europe. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring. She also focuses her time on debt covenants compliance and associated reporting.
Prior to Chatham, Marta worked for eleven years at Abu Dhabi Investment Authority in various analytical roles in portfolio analytics, data governance, and systems and real estate capital markets teams.
Marta graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Queen Mary University, London.
