About Jordan
Jordan Hitchcock works in corporate development and strategic finance at Chatham. He is responsible for evaluating investments that enhance the company’s innovative technology and service businesses. He also works closely with the CFO developing the company’s capital access and operating platforms.
Prior to his current role, Jordan led analytical efforts for Chatham’s real estate capital markets solutions. Jordan started his career at Chatham as a member of the Real Estate Investment Banking team where he completed complex transactions across a wide range of financing markets. Jordan holds a bachelor's degree from Haverford College and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
