About Hailey
Hailey Kramer is on Chatham’s Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team. This team focuses on debt, asset, and derivative valuation as well as debt management operations and covenants monitoring. Prior to joining Chatham’s U.K. team, she worked in Chatham’s U.S. office as a debt valuation advisor for real estate clients in the U.S., as well as on Chatham’s debt management team.
Hailey graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College receiving her bachelor's degree in economics and political science. Additionally, she holds a Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
