Clark is Chatham’s Chief Executive Officer. Clark’s previous roles at Chatham include Chief Operating Officer and heading the Accounting Advisory team, which advises clients on valuations and accounting for derivatives and hedging activities. Prior to joining Chatham, Clark worked in the assurance practice at Ernst & Young (including the National Office) and served as a derivatives and hedging subject matter expert for the firm. Prior to EY, he worked at the Financial Accounting Standards Board on the development of Statement 133, Accounting for Derivative Instruments and Hedging Activities. Clark also currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Federal Agricultural Mortgage Corporation (Farmer Mac). He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. Clark received his BS, summa cum laude, and Master of Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
