Bob Newman is the Managing Director for Chatham’s financial institutions business which specializes in interest rate risk management, hedge accounting and investment advisory for banks. He is also a member of the firm’s Operating Committee. Prior to joining Chatham in 2003, Bob spent 20 years in commercial banking, helping to start the derivatives operation at Maryland National Bank and expand the derivatives effort at SunTrust. He graduated from the College of William and Mary with a BA in Economics and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Todd Cuppia joined Chatham in 2015 as Director of Balance Sheet Strategies for financial institutions. Prior to joining Chatham, Todd spent eleven years with Stifel Financial as a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Research and Strategy Group as the head of Government Sponsored Enterprise Debt strategy and Co-Head of Fixed Income Product Strategy. In this role, Todd advised financial institutions, state and local government entities, and pension funds on cross sector relative value, macro-based portfolio strategies, and derivative hedging strategies. Todd has been a frequent speaker at national investor conferences and has had numerous investment strategies featured in industry journals and financial newsletters.
Lauren Intinarelli is a Director in the financial institutions group. Prior to joining Chatham, Lauren worked as a Treasury Analyst in the Farm Credit System. She has over 13 years’ experience with financial institutions with roles in lending, commercial credit and underwriting, financial statement audits/internal controls, funding, liquidity, and ALM/ALCO. Lauren graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice from UNC Wilmington and received an MBA in Finance from Gonzaga University. Lauren has her CPA license and is a CFA Charterholder.
