ChathamDirect online support site and knowledge base
Accessible through the ChathamDirect platform, the new online support widget makes it faster and easier to get answers to common questions and information about our system. Using the built-in search function, you can get the help you need no matter where you are or what time it is. The support widget connects you to our new online support site and knowledge base, so you can browse topics of interest and advance your knowledge about specific modules, functionality, or platform capabilities. While Chatham's expert support team is standing by to provide hands-on assistance, these new support solutions empower you to self-serve when you want to and engage with us as needed. Your ChathamDirect team will add new FAQs, how-to guides, and product documentation as we continue to enhance our platform.
Enhanced management reporting for cash flow and balance sheet reports
Using ChathamDirect’s new cash flow and balance sheet reports, you can now glean deeper insights to your hedging program by evaluating historical trends, comparing forecasts versus actuals, and pinpointing variances at the line-item level by legal entity or currency. We made these enhancements based on client feedback and we welcome your input as we continue to refine these reports. Contact your Chatham relationship manager to learn more.
We continue to develop our commodity self-service capabilities, including a commodity settlement loader and curve loader. We’re also continually expanding our Enhanced Management Reporting (EMR) functionality.
Transform treasury with automation and insight
Whether fueled by the need for actionable data, the mandate to leverage a lean workforce, or the realities of a work-from-home environment, the steady movement toward treasury automation continued to accelerate in the first half of 2021. We saw clients integrate and automate their financial risk management programs from gathering exposures through hedge accounting, streamlining FX balance sheet, FX cash flow, interest rate hedging, commodity hedging, and hedge accounting programs. ChathamDirect can help your treasury team streamline workflows, strategically employing technology, and utilizing enhanced management reporting to improve controls, lower costs, and enable data-driven decision making.
