About Zach
Zach Terzic is on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution. Zach has advised on several hundred real estate transactions across in both the U.S. and Asia.
Zach joined Chatham in 2015 and is a graduate of the University of Denver where he earned his bachelor's degree in business administration, majoring in finance with a minor in economics and physics. He also holds a Corporate Certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
