About Kris
Kris Barber is a Director on Chatham’s Global Real Estate Hedging and Capital Markets team. This team assists commercial real estate investors with interest rate hedging analysis, structuring, and execution.
Prior to joining Chatham, Kris worked for nine years in investment banking and capital markets, including positions at Capmark and George K. Baum & Company, where he provided derivatives advisory and execution services for commercial real estate, not-for-profit, and municipal clients. He received his bachelorʼs degree in economics from Yale.
