About Mary
Mary Ziegler is Chatham’s General Counsel and leads Chatham’s legal and compliance teams. Mary joined Chatham as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Union Square Capital Partners, a subsidiary of Chatham, and served as Chatham’s Global Head of Compliance. Prior to Chatham, Mary was an attorney at Blank Rome LLP and subsequently served as chief compliance officer for a registered investment advisory firm. Mary received her bachelorʼs degree from University of Virginia and her J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School.
