Luke currently leads strategic initiatives that advance Chatham’s market impact and organizational culture. Among these initiatives, Luke led Chatham’s 7-year global effort to elevate end-user perspectives in the derivatives public policy debate and to develop solutions for compliance with resulting rules. Luke’s ongoing advice to businesses and policymakers includes his participation on the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Market Risk Advisory Committee and testimony to Congressional committees. Previously, Luke spent 8 years advising and leading teams that advise CFOs & treasurers of real estate companies, corporates, and regional banks on interest rate & currency risk management. Luke’s published commentary on global financial policy can be found in the Atlantic, Financial Times, CNBC, Reuters Breakingviews, Institutional Investor, Pensions&Investments, Treasury & Risk, and Corporate Finance Review. Before joining Chatham, Luke worked as a management consultant at Deloitte. Luke graduated with high honors from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Finance and was a member of the University Scholars Program.
