Laura Grant

Laura Grant is a Managing Partner and Chatham Financial’s President, leading the global sector businesses and operations of the firm. In her role as President, and as a member of Chatham’s board of directors, Laura provides strategy and focuses the business on client relationships and technical capital markets expertise.

Having joined Chatham in 2006, Laura previously served as Chatham’s Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director in our Real Estate sector, and was the Co-head of our European business. As a recognized expert in interest rates and foreign currency, Laura advises many of the largest real estate investors in the world. Before joining Chatham, Laura was a part of the Capital Asset Management group at Booz Allen Hamilton.

In addition to Laura’s primary responsibilities, she is the board liaison to the Chatham Financial Foundation, which governs support requests for organizations in the community using funds from Chatham’s 1% of profits commitment. Laura serves on the board of directors of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., where she is a member of the audit committee. Laura graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s in finance and minors in economics and international relations.
