Terri Fanelli is a member of Chatham's People Team serving as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. She devotes her time recruiting for roles in the business sectors and internal services.
Terri brings more than 25 years of experience helping match the best candidates with open roles. Her role encompasses being a steward of Chatham’s values and ensuring candidates have an excellent experience.
Prior to Chatham, Terri worked for 19 years as a Corporate Recruiter for CRA, a communication consulting company. Terri also serves the community by volunteering with Together For Education in the Kennett Consolidated School District.
