• Derivatives Compliance

Christina is a Managing Director and leads Chatham’s Global Regulatory Solutions team. She is responsible for Chatham’s suite of products for derivatives regulatory compliance and legal documentation, including regulatory advisory, ISDA negotiation, pre- and post-trade compliance processes, and standalone regulatory technology solutions for clients, including reporting, valuations, portfolio reconciliation, and collateral management.

Christina routinely advises private equity sponsors, real estate and infrastructure funds, financial institutions, REITs, and public and private companies on the impact of global derivative regulations. She also consults with key law firms, policy-makers, and industry groups to advise on the development of regulations, their implementation, and their impact on Chatham’s clients.

Prior to Chatham, Christina practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney at Duane Morris LLP. Previously, she worked in social science research at the Center for Research on Child Wellbeing at Princeton University. Christina graduated cum laude from Wellesley College and holds a law degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University School of Law where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Temple Law Review.
